1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using the zetofit website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. SERVICE PROVISION & ELIGIBILITY
zetofit provides metabolic transformation, nutrition, and fitness coaching services. By engaging with our coaches, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your health, medical history, and lifestyle during assessments.
3. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
zetofit services are for educational and informational purposes only. We are not a medical facility. Our coaches provide lifestyle and nutrition strategies; they do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Always consult with a licensed physician before starting any new diet or exercise regimen, especially if you have pre-existing metabolic disorders (e.g., Diabetes, PCOS).
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for your own health outcomes. You agree to follow the guidance provided by your coach responsibly and notify us immediately if you experience any adverse physical or mental reactions during the program.
5. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
All coaching programs must be paid in full or as per the agreed-upon installment plan. Payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in our Refund Policy. Failure to complete payments may result in the suspension of coaching services.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided by zetofit, including but not limited to coaching frameworks, nutritional plans, and educational materials, is the intellectual property of zetofit. You may not distribute, reproduce, or use these materials for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
zetofit and its coaches shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including physical injury or dissatisfaction with program results.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
